Space Golf reserves the right to enforce the below policies at its discretion. Space Golf reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice. All patrons who visit our location agree that they have read and understood these policies prior to their visit.

LIABILITY

Any and all patrons affirm liability for damages resulting from both intentional and/or negligent action(s) on the part of our patrons, and/or their children or accompanied minors. Such examples include, but are not limited to the following:

• Damage to any of our property

• Damage to the property of other patrons

• Theft or loss of property

• Injury to patrons and/or our staff

• Harassment of patrons and/or our staff

By visiting our location and/or using our facilities, patrons agree to the above conditions and descriptions. Patrons also agree to replace any and all damaged property resulting from their action(s) or the action(s) of their dependent(s), and assume responsibility for any injured person(s). Any damaged property or injury to other persons must be paid for in full immediately.

EJECTION

Space Golf reserves the right to refuse business to any patron. Space Golf reserves the right to eject patrons from our business who violate our policies. Patrons who are asked to leave are obligated to do so at first request. Additional measures can include legal action and the towing of their vehicle should these policies be violated.
